One of the best parts of living in Terraces on the Sound is the opportunity to gather as neighbors and friends. We believe a strong community is built on more than just shared roads and bylaws; it’s built on shared experiences and good company. Throughout the year, we host a variety of social gatherings designed to bring everyone together, and we warmly encourage all community members—long-time residents and newcomers alike—to join us.

Our calendar features a mix of casual get-togethers and themed celebrations. Our Potluck Dinners are a perennial favorite, where neighbors showcase their culinary talents by bringing a favorite dish to share. For the past two years, our "Pasta Night" has become a standout tradition, featuring a massive assortment of entrees, appetizers, and "the full works" for a true community feast. And when the New York summer heat kicks in, keep an eye out for the Ice Cream Truck, a seasonal treat that brings a smile to both the young and the young-at-heart.
